Fatigue
Energy expenditure above limit.
Tracks the worker's energy expenditure in a time window and warns when it passes the limit.
About the risk
Fatigue
Fatigue is the decline in physical and mental capacity that builds up with long shifts, insufficient sleep, night work and sustained effort. It reduces attention and reaction time well before the worker notices.
When driving, operating machinery or performing critical tasks, a single lapse of attention is enough for an accident. Tracking physiological signals against each person's own reference lets you act before the error: a break, a task rotation, a talk with the manager.
What this scenario detects
Warns when energy use in a time window passes the set limit.
When to use
- Heavy, repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
When not to use
- Low physical activity roles.
Examples in the field
- IndustryManual load handling on a production line.
How it works
- 01
The sensor measures
The worker wears a compatible wearable sensor during the shift.
- 02
The platform detects
The platform compares the signals with the worker's personal reference and the scenario rules, and raises the alert at the configured intensity level.
- 03
The team handles the alert
The alert shows up in PredictVIEW's Live operation. The manager records the handling and the worker receives the guidance in the app.
