Heart health

Heart effort above expected.

Compares current heart rate with the worker's personal reference, calculated from low-movement periods, and warns when it goes above the expected.

About the risk

Heart health

Cardiovascular overload appears when the heart works harder than the activity calls for, or stays elevated at rest. Heat, effort, stress and individual health conditions all play a part.

Comparing heart rate with each worker's personal reference separates normal effort from a warning sign, and lets you pause the task or refer the worker to occupational health before a serious event.

What this scenario detects

Flags heart rate above what the activity calls for.

When to use

  • Roles with continuous physical effort.
  • Tracking overload over the shift.

When not to use

  • Roles without relevant physical effort.

Examples in the field

  • IndustryLine operators in repetitive, heavy tasks.

How it works

  1. 01

    The sensor measures

The worker wears a compatible wearable sensor during the shift.

  2. 02

    The platform detects

The platform compares the signals with the worker's personal reference and the scenario rules, and raises the alert at the configured intensity level.

  3. 03

    The team handles the alert

The alert shows up in PredictVIEW's Live operation. The manager records the handling and the worker receives the guidance in the app.

Compatible sensors

  • i.safe MOBILE IS-SW 1.1
  • Dersalis app on the phone
  • Polar 360
  • Polar Verity Sense
  • Polar H10
